Vanga Bhasma

Dose: 600 to 240 mg to be taken in the morning and evening or as as as directed by Physician.

Tamra(Copper) Bhasma
Indication:
* Gastric ulcer
* Duodenal ulcer
Dose: 15 to 60 mg to be taken in the morning and evening or as directed by Physician.

JAHARMOHARA PISHTI 
Suddha Jaharmohara (Purified Serpentine) processed in Gulab jal and Chandanadi Ark.  
Indication:
* Palpitaion
* Weakness of heart
* Burning sensation in the body
* Vomitting
* It is nourishing drug for the children
Dose: 125 to 250 mg to be taken in the morning and evening or as directed by Physician.


KAHARVA PISHTI ( TRINKANTMANI ) 
Trinkant mani ( Amber of succinite ) 1 Part and Turuni ( Rosa centifolia ) 1 Part  
Indication:
* Bleeding Piles
* Bleeding wounds
* Bleeding from Nose and Mouth 
Dose: 120 to 260 mg to be taken in the morning and evening with Butter or as directed by Physician.


MUKTA ( MOTI ) PISHTI 
Mukta ( Mytilus margaritiferus ) 1 Part Trinkant mani ( Amber of succinite ) 1 Part and Turuni     ( Rosa centifolia ) 1 Part processed in Ghrit Kumari and Cow's milk.  
Indication:
* Recomended in Mental disorders like Tension, Restlesness, Weakness and Palpitation.
* Rasayan
Dose: 50 to 125 mg to be taken in the morning and evening or as directed by Physician.


MUKTA SHUKTI ( MOTISEEP ) PISHTI 
Mukta Shukti ( Mytilus margaritiferus Shells ) processed in Ark Gulab and Chandanadi ark.  
Indication:
Hyperacidity associated with burning sensation in chest and eye, loss of taste and Cough
Dose: 240 to 480 mg to be taken in the morning and evening with Butter or as directed by Physician.


PRAVAL PISHTI 
Prawal ( Coral ) 1 Part and Gomutra 4 Part processed in Nimbu Swaras.
Indication:
* Nervous weakness
* Heaviness in the head
* Haemtemesis
* Bleeding and Weakness

Special co-drinks
Based on the target disease, special co drinks are explained for mahayogaraja guggulu.
For Vata diseases like arthritis it is usually co prescribed with Rasnadi Kashayam
For Pitta imbalance diseases, it is administered with decoction of Kakolyadi group of herbs.
For kapha imbalance disease, it is administered with Aragwadhadi kashayam
For treating diabetes, it is used along with kashayam of Daruharidra – Berberis aristata.
For treating anemia, it is administered along with cow urine
For treating obesity, it is administered along with honey
For treating skin diseases, it is given along with neem decoction
For treating gout, it is given with Giloya – Tinospora cordifolia
For treating pain and inflammation, it is given with kashayam of long pepper.
For treating rat bite, it is given with kashayam of Patala – Stereospermum suaveolens
For treating eye diseases, it is given along with Triphala kashayam 
For treating ascites, it is given along with Punarnavadi kashayam.
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
This medicine is manufactured with herbal-processed heavy metal ingredients within the limits defined in traditional Ayurvedic text books. Hence it should only be taken under strict medical supervision.
Self medication with this medicine is discouraged.
Very high dose than prescribed may lead to stomach irritation.
